Mental Health Support Services

Recovery Together provides trauma-informed, recovery-oriented mental health support services designed to empower individuals living with psychosocial disability, mental health challenges, and complex life circumstances.

Counselling

We understand that experiences such as anxiety, depression, overwhelm, trauma, burnout, grief, emotional distress, and complex life experiences can deeply affect a person’s sense of safety, identity, relationships, and wellbeing.

Our trauma-informed counselling services provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where individuals can explore their experiences at their own pace, in ways that feel supportive and empowering.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a recovery-oriented support service designed to help people living with psychosocial disability build confidence, independence, resilience, and meaningful connections within their everyday lives and communities.

Recovery Coaching is not about “fixing” people or telling them what to do. It is about working alongside individuals to better understand their strengths, needs, goals, and recovery journey in ways that feel safe, collaborative, and empowering.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation is about helping individuals, families, carers, and informal supports better understand mental health, psychosocial disability, trauma, emotions, behaviours, and wellbeing in ways that feel practical, supportive, and empowering.

Many people navigating mental health challenges or complex life experiences can feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, isolated, or unsure of why they are experiencing certain thoughts, emotions, or responses. Psychoeducation helps build understanding, self-awareness, confidence, and emotional safety through compassionate and accessible learning.
