Workplace Training
Recovery Together delivers tailored workplace training programs designed to meet the unique needs of organisations, teams and communities. We work collaboratively with employers, service providers and community organisations to build workforce capability in areas such as mental health, disability inclusion, wellbeing, leadership, recovery-oriented practice and trauma-informed care.
Training can be delivered through workshops, professional development days, leadership programs, community education sessions, conference presentations and workforce development initiatives that promote inclusive, supportive and high-performing workplaces.

Mentoring and Supervision
Recovery Together provides mentoring and professional supervision to independent Support Workers, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches and Support Coordinators to support reflective practice, professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
Sessions provide a safe and supportive space to explore complex participant situations, strengthen recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice, develop professional skills, and enhance ethical decision-making.
Our tailored approach helps practitioners build confidence, maintain professional wellbeing, and improve outcomes for the people they support.

Lived Experience Series
Recovery Together hosts a monthly 40-minute Lived Experience Series that provides authentic insights into psychosocial disability, mental health recovery, resilience and community participation through the voices of people with lived and living experience.
These sessions promote understanding, reduce stigma, and support recovery-oriented, person-centred and trauma-informed practice by connecting participants with real-world experiences and perspectives.
The series is designed for NDIS participants, families, carers, professionals and community members seeking to deepen their knowledge of psychosocial disability and recovery.
