Connecting You with the Right Supports

Recovery Together has partnered with a diverse network of trusted, experienced, and values-aligned providers and allied health professionals to ensure participants have access to high-quality, coordinated, and person-centred supports. Our collaborative network includes Plan Managers, Support Coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, Support Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, and other specialist providers who work together to support participants in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.

Through these partnerships, participants can access assistance with community participation, attending appointments, shopping and daily living tasks, maintaining home and yard environments, social and recreational engagement, employment and workplace participation, therapeutic interventions, capacity building, mental health recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Our network is committed to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and strengths-based supports that promote independence, inclusion, connection, choice, and control. By working collaboratively across disciplines, we ensure participants receive coordinated supports tailored to their individual goals, interests, cultural identity, and support needs, empowering them to build confidence, develop skills, and live meaningful and fulfilling lives within their communities.

Are you an independent support worker, psychologist, occupational therapist, allied health professional, or disability support provider looking to connect with NDIS participants?

Many unregistered and independent providers offer exceptional services but often struggle to connect with participants and know where to advertise their supports.

While public directories exist for registered providers, many independent professionals can be overlooked despite delivering high-quality, person-centred services.

That’s where the Recovery Together Recovery and Support Directory can help.

The directory is designed to connect participants, families, carers, support coordinators, recovery coaches, and referrers with trusted providers across a range of support categories.

There is no cost to join the Recovery and Support Directory.

This is not a paid advertising platform. It is an opportunity to collaborate with Recovery Together and become part of a trusted network focused on achieving positive outcomes for NDIS participants.

Complete our Expression of Interest form today and tell us about your services.

We look forward to building stronger partnerships and creating more opportunities for participants to access the supports they need.
